My documentary Apa Khabar Orang Kampung (Village People Radio Show) screens next month in the Pusan International Film Festival. It is part of a focus on Malaysia.
This is my first time screening in Pusan, but I won't be able to attend as I have work to do here. Besides, to be honest, film festivals are starting to bore me. I've been to quite a few and the "prestige" involved ain't nuthin' compared to the thrill of coming out with the book. I will not attend any other film festivals this year, but will instead work on the second book.
