Yes. Their definition of 'local' is 'published in Malaysia', as can be seen from ISBN numbers, I suppose.

I wish to never become the type of Malaysian 'writer' who can only compile their newspaper columns ;-)

Although, having said that, Matahari Books will be publishing such a book soon; but we at least did a lot of work on it. It's not by me, though!
